Upon the completion of a sale, the amount shall be paid in full. This means that the customer, client or user shall pay in full once the order has been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing or order errors. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You are responsible for monitoring your payment instrument to verify receipt of the refund. I there are any issues regarding your refund please contact us via the channels given on the website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When goods are purchased from our site, the following methods will be used to deliver the goods:

Domestic Fulfilments are between 1-8 business days; 1-20 for international orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers who live in the United Kingdom or the European Union have the right to cancel their contract to purchase from us within 14 days without providing any notice. We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment used for the initial purchase within 14 days unless you expressly agree to an alternative method. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. For some specific goods and services, prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market which are outside of our control after the conclusion of the contract. In these cases cancellation rights shall not apply.
REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the date that you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it , and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the law will prevail.
